All pictures and contents of the information pack, promotional material and the website Loveyourhome.org.uk are owned by Michaela Watson T/A Loveyourhome and cannot be copied without permission.

The price of each Design Package and any subsequent add ons or supplements are as per the price list current at the time of making the order. Loveyourhome reserves the right to change the price list at anytime, which will not affect prices on any orders already placed.

Once payment has been received, the Client has 7 days to cancel the order. After 7 days the Client will not be entitled to a full refund and any proportionate refund will be given only at the discretion of Loveyourhome. For any reason that Loveyourhome cannot carry out or complete the Design at any stage, a full refund will be given by cheque or a proportionate refund if there is some work already completed that the client wishes to retain.

Loveyourhome aims for you to receive your Survey Pack within 3-5 working days of receiving your payment subject to a normal working postal service. Your room survey should be completed and returned to Loveyourhome within 6 weeks and it is advised to take a copy in case of postal problems. Once the Room Survey is received we will provide a delivery date for receipt of your Presentation Board(s). Although we aim for this to be 4-6 weeks we cannot guarantee this delivery time but will endeavour to inform you at the onset of any expected delay. All Presentation Designs will be sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail (unless otherwise stated) and should arrive within 3 working days of the notified despatch date (subject to normal working postal service). Any delivery dates quoted are forecasted and subject to availability and postal service so are not legally binding on us.

Please note that Loveyourhome does not give structural advice. Before undertaking structural alterations or major repairs to a property you are strongly advised to seek relevant professional advice from a suitably qualified architect or builder.

The accuracy of all information given in the Order Form and Room Survey is the responsibility of the Client and Room Designs will be based on the information given by the Client within these forms or communicated by email or letter. Loveyourhome will therefore not be liable for any inaccuracies in the Design resulting from incorrect or omitted information.

The service provided by Loveyourhome is that of a postal/internet based Design Consultancy. Designs are produced using the information provided by the Client remotely, thus avoiding the associated costs of on site consultation and meetings. This does mean however that the Designs are not available for continuous approval and the information collected from the Client up front is used to produce the Design. The Client should be aware that any information they provide is of course open to interpretation and any suggestions made in the Designs are done so in good faith and in line with the Survey and Questionnaires. It is however our aim to ensure that you are happy with your Designs so we are keen to address any parts of the Design you are unhappy with, if notified within 7 days of receipt of the Presentation Boards.

Loveyourhome makes every effort to display materials on Sampleboards as accurately as possible. However, as we using small samples it is always advisable, where possible, to view larger sample lengths of fabrics and wallpapers showing the full pattern repeat. Suppliers can sometimes lend you larger samples to look at in your own home before placing an order. Photographs and samples are for illustrative purposes only and so may not exactly match the product itself.

Once the Designs are received it is the Client’s responsibility to check the suitability and quality of the recommended furnishings, fabrics and accessories prior to making any orders. This includes ensuring you have access for the delivery of any large items recommended. Loveyourhome is not responsible or liable in any way for any items purchased as a result of the Room Designs.

Loveyourhome is not in any way responsible or liable for the services provided by any ‘Third Parties’ recommended to assist in the implementation of the Designs i.e. Soft Furnishings Maker, Builder etc. Any such recommendations are given in good faith and it is recommend that you check references and are happy with the service provided before entering into any contract for work to be undertaken.

It is the intention of Loveyourhome that all materials and accessories on Design Boards will be available for you to order from the suggested retailers for a period of at least 3 months. This is however subject to manufacturers and suppliers continued trading and these items being in stock. The non availability of a particular item is beyond our control and Loveyourhome cannot be held accountable. If the Supplier cannot provide you with a suitable alternative then we may be able to source alternatives for you.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Whereby Loveyourhome cannot for any reason redeem the voucher a full refund will be given. Once the order has been placed and payment made by using the voucher, all terms as stated within this document will apply.

Although this website is hosted by a secure provider the security of accessing it and exchanging emails cannot be guaranteed. Loveyourhome shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website and/or email.

Privacy Policy - Loveyourhome is committed to protecting the Customer's privacy. The information collected about the Customer will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information is collected when a Customer places an order by recording the details included. Loveyourhome uses this information for taking and fulfilling the order, sending the product, keeping the Customer informed of any updates to services and tracking and analysis.
